STRICT Auction Pickup: Thursday, September 18th from 9am-6pm and Friday, Sept. 19th from 9am till 1pm.  A skid steer will be assisting with loading items.

All sells to the highest bidder, regardless of price.
Everything sells AS-IS.
Payment at pickup by cash, check, credit/debit. (NOTE: Credit cards will not be accepted for invoices exceeding $2,500, vehicles or large equipment)
Invoices exceeding $2,500 will require payment via cash, certified bank check or bank wire transfer.
Invoices with vehicles, tractors or large equipment will require payment via cash, certified bank check or bank wire transfer.
10% Buyer's Premium (added to bid price to become final purchase price)
NYS Sales Tax as required, Monroe Co. rate of 8.0%
All purchases must be removed on scheduled pickup dates Thursday, September 18th 9am to 6pm and Friday, Sept. 19th from 9am to 1:00pm by scheduled appointment.

A skid steer with forks will be available to assist with loading certain items. Oversized, immovable/inoperable, or heavy items are the buyer’s responsibility to load and remove in a timely and efficient manner.

Shipping is NOT available for this auction.

The auction will close at a rate of 4 lots every minute. This auction features extended bidding. Moyer Auctions online auctions are timed events and all bidding will close at specified time, however, our auctions have an 'Auto-Extend' feature.

Any bid placed within the final 5 minutes results in the bidding on that lot automatically extending by 5 minutes. The bidding will extend in 5 minute increments from the time the last bid is placed until there are no more bids and the lot sits idle for 5 minutes.

This allows all bidding parties the opportunity and no one to be outbid in the last seconds without having the opportunity to bid again - just like a live auction.
